Stormalong Harbor is the home of Flapjack and Captain K'nuckles. It appears on the show Flapjack. Bubbie and others also lives here.
Punch Time Explosion[]
In PTE, Ben, Chowder, Buttercup and Dexter go to Stormalong Harbor to recruit Flapjack but are attacked by Stickybeard and his Candy crew. While the others retreat, Flapjack, along with finding Captain K'nuckles, fends off the Candy Pirates. Later, they find Vilgax and a possesed Numbuh 1. After they fight on the docks and on a pirate ship, Bubbie then ate Flapjack, Numbuh 1 and K'nuckles in order to defeat Stickybeard and prevent him from finding Candied Island.

- All the unnamed citizens in this level were beating each other up. Especially when Flapjack and K'nuckles fought Vilgax and Numbuh 1 at the Docks.
- Destroyable objects in Stormalong Harbor are steering wheels on pirate ships, barrels, parts of the ship and others.
- The Dockhag, an unlikable woman who gives out tickets, and Dr. Barber, a man who gives haircuts and suregy, were both characters in the background during the game along with other citizens from the show.
- The Dockhag was seen twice in the Stormalong stages:
- Once when Flapjack went to find Captain K'nuckles (at the very beginning)
- And when Flapjack and K'nuckles fought Vilgax and Numbuh 1 (yelling because of all the men fighting in the background)
