Toiletnator is a KND villain regarded as not a threat due to his many strange habits to prove himself as the best supervillain. He possess toilet-based powers.

Overview[]

In Cartoon Network Punch Time Explosion XL, Toiletnator is an extra character that can be bought from the store for 1200 points. His in-game bio states that Toiletnator is an average fighter with above average speed and range.

Strategy[]

Pros[]

  • Notable attack speed average
  • Overwhelming PTE; can cover a large area of space

Cons[]

  • Relatively low knockback power

Bio[]

Perhaps all the cool super villain themes were taken by the time Toiletnator chose to march down the path of evill...but, to each his own. Despite not being respected in the supervillain community, Toiletnator does posses toilet-based powers and is a threat to the Kids Next Door.

In PTE, Toiletnator is an average fighter with above average speed and ranged attacks.

Bio Stats[]

  • Speed: 4/5
  • Power: 3/5
  • Air: 3/5
  • Range: 4/5

Explanation[]

These stats are provided in the game in character bios. They do not affect gameplay at all and can sometimes be misleading or need an explanation.

  • Toiletnator's speed is above average overall with his fast moves usually being weaker and slow moves being the strongest.
  • Toiletnator deals somewhat average damage power, but knockback power is on the lower end.
  • Toiletnator has good aerials accompanied by his range, which deal above average damage and have average speed. His recovery covers a good distance due to having side signature vertical influence. As a result 4/5 would be a better reflection of air.
  • Toiletnator is mostly a range character who focuses on whipping you with his toilet paper.

Movelist[]

Normal Attacks[]

  • Neutral: Toiletnator punches with his right arm (1%), punches with his left (1%), and uppercuts with his right (5%, creates 1 power cube).
  • Running: Toiletnator slides across the ground, kicking with his left leg. Deals 6% and creates 1 power cube.
  • Up: Toiletnator raises his left arm above him. Deals 8% and creates 2 power cubes.
  • Down: Toiletnator kicks forward with his left leg. Deals 9% and creates 2 power cubes.
  • Throw: Toiletnator "reaches" out with both arms. Deals 5% when thrown.
    • Despite its lackluster animation, this move has more range than it seems. You can grab a foe almost twice the distance away from what his arms demonstrate visually. Try grabbing a stationary foe when you think they're right out of grab range. Example: This move has comparable range to down tilt, which also reaches slightly further than the animation implies. In situations in which up tilt misses, grab reaches.
    • Down tilt into dash grab(dash for very few frames! You should only see the dust in practice. Walk grab works too) is a viable mix-up. Don't get close at all! If the percent is low, the positioning is solid, and the character is right, sometimes the dash isn't even necessary to land the grab!

Knockout Attacks[]

  • Side: Toiletnator headbutts forward. Deals 14%~20% uncharged~charged. Creates 4 power cubes.
  • Up: Toiletnator thrusts a plunger above him. Deals 16%~23% uncharged~charged. Creates 4 power cubes.
  • Down: Toiletnator sticks out both arms and spins around. Deals 7%~10% uncharged~charged. Creates 1 power cube at 7% and 2 power cubes above 8%.

Aerial Attacks[]

  • Neutral: Toiletnator uppercuts with his right arm, spins around, and kicks with his left leg. Deals 7% per hit. Creates 1 power cube.
  • Side: Toiletnator whips forward a string of toiletpaper to pull foe toward him. Deals 11% and creates 2 power cubes.
    • Hit low to the ground to start a combo. Even if it hits the tip or at a high percentage, you can still choose to use a true tilt or fast aerial combo.
  • Up: Toiletnator whips upward a string of toiletpaper. Deals 9% and creates 2 power cubes.
  • Down: Toiletnator drops a plunger below him as a projectile. Deals 11%.

Signature Attacks[]

Neutral: Toilet Paper

  • Toiletnator tosses a roll of toilet paper as a projectile. Deals 6% and creates 1 power cube.

Side: Pogo Plunger

  • Toiletnator hops on a plunger and jumps forward using it like a pogo stick. Deals 11% per hit and creates 2 power cubes.
    • You can do any attack afterward, even if the move propels you forward and reduces gravity. Use this as a last resort recovery... except if a foe is ready to hit you.

Up: Clogged Up

  • Toiletnator surrounds himself in water and elevates upwards while spinning. Deals 13% and creates 3 power cubes.

Down: Wipe Away

  • Toiletnator sends out toilet paper whips to the left and right at a set distance. Deals 13% and creates 3 power cubes.

Punch Time Explosion: Flushed Away[]

Toiletnator summons a huge toilet which deals 16%. He uses his toiletkinesis to launch water tornado projectiles out from the toilet at both sides. These tornadoes deal constant 1% damage. Toiletnator can also move during the attack, albeit in a water tornado himself that deals 28%, creating 4 power cubes.
